Our client is looking for a senior professional with extended experience in the people side of change within business transformations. With focus on change readiness/impact, stakeholder management, engaging, adoption, communication, and training.

Someone who is able to set-up the standard for the organizational change management outroll for a worldwide new way of working around Supply Chain Management (demand and supply processes) within this company what comes with a new system based on data and a.i.. The organization will become a leader in this field in the market.

So it is about building the standards for the Change & Communaction Roadmap as a preparation for the implementation of the new way of working in the different countries/OpCo’s. Determine which elements are important to setup in place within the standard change management methode & toolbox, specific for this huge program. But it is also about acting as a coach for the deployment managers who will execute the organizational change management activities  within the different workstreams in this transformation program. 

So we are looking for someone who is a serious discussion partner at a senior level, and pragmatic enough to translate everything necessary in the field of change & comm into concrete plans and deliverables.

Profile

  • NYou have a HBO or WO education in change management or another related education such as organizational psychology, business administration, etc.
  • NYou have demonstrable relevant work experience in the field of change management (behavioral/people side of change) within large scale global transformations
  • NYou have knowledge of the most common Change Management theories & practices like ADKAR, Lewin, Kotter etc, and has experience working with methods & toolboxes based on these theories.
  • NExperience with supply chain, data-driven working is an advantage
  • NStrong communication skills (listening, asking the right questions and expression)
  • NDemonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • NExcellent communication & presentation skills (English must, Dutch optional)
  • NCreative, pro-active/action oriented, self-starter
  • NDrive, enthusiasm and dynamic/energetic
  • NHigh sense of responsibility and accountability
  • NPragmatic and flexible
