What skills are required in a change management job?

Our clients are often looking for a change or transformation manager who:

  • Has experience in a similar organization and/or project scope
  • Is a personal fit for the team and organization
  • Is equipped with the necessary change management tools (e.g. Kotter, Lewin, ADKAR, and Prosci)
  • Can leverage these tools to successfully structure and carry out the change initiative
  • Has the interpersonal skills to navigate a complex environment with different sets of stakeholders

What is the duration of most Change or Transformation assignments?

Most of our vacancies have a long duration (minimum of 6 months). So you have enough time to grow in your role and really make an impact.

What is the selection procedure for a change management job or assignment?

For an assignment, SPRING TODAY selects and interviews suitable candidates to present to the client as a shortlist. We will let you know if the client is open to meeting you based on your profile. And we facilitate the further process.

For a fixed position, SPRING TODAY conducts the first round of interviews. You will receive an invitation as soon as possible. Based on the resumés and extensive interviews, we will create a shortlist of candidates we bring to our client. Usually, the client invites 3 candidates for their own selection procedure, consisting of 2-3 interviews and an assessment. After this, the onboarding will start depending on your notice period.

You will also be notified when you’ve been rejected.
