      What are the costs involved with hiring a change or transformation manager through SPRING TODAY?

      For fixed positions, we charge a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary as a placement fee. For interim roles, we charge a fixed percentage of the hourly rate.

      What if there are no good candidates for the job?

      Our model is largely based on ‘no cure no pay’, at least for interim positions. For fixed positions, we need to make a larger investment upfront (e.g. for the marketing campaign), so we’ve split the payment into three parts: A starting fee, a fee contingent on the shortlist, and a final fee once a candidate is placed. As such, there is very little risk involved in collaborating with SPRING TODAY!

      To what extent do you work exclusively?

      For fixed positions, we only accept to work exclusively. For interim positions, this also has our preference, so we can be more targeted in our marketing and go all-in to recruit the best candidate for the job.
