Who can become a member?
The Change Management Platform consists of a very select group of peers. This enables us to create a safe environment where members can speak freely about their challenges and solutions. You are welcome to join if:
- NYou are a Change or Transformation Lead in a Top 100 organization.
- NYou are 1 or 2 levels below the Board of Directors.
- NYou have a growth mindset and are not afraid to share learnings.
- NMax. 2 people per organization.

Connect and share knowledge
The Change Management Platform offers connection and knowledge sharing with peers in the field. This is what you can expect:
- NWe organize quarterly events and change dialogs (4-5 per year). Sometimes inviting an impressive guest speaker, other times dissecting a company case of one of our members
- NAll year long, you have access to an online network of Change & Transformation leaders of the Top 100 companies. If you are ever in need of high-level advice or a sounding board, you are in great hands
- NEvery member of the CMP has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement, ensuring that sensitive information is never concealed
- NBy being part of the SPRING TODAY network, you will be informed on the latest change and transformation developments
- NWe charge a (low) membership fee. This is only to cover the cost of the events; we don’t turn a profit

“Leadership, behavior and change”

In March of 2022, the members of the Change Management Platform came together in our previous office in Utrecht to get inspired by Ben Tiggelaar. A room full of people showed up, and everyone was excited to see each other again. Ben took us on the topics, behaviour, leadership and change. With the main question: “What should be done to increase the chance of the desired behavior?”
Because it is a group that already knows each other a little better, valuable interaction quickly developed between all those present. By the end of the evening, all CMP members were very energized and ready to put theory into practice. And Ben was pleasantly surprised by the solid backgrounds and impactful roles of all members and the valuable practical experience that was shared.
“How to build an Enterprise Change Capability?”

This event far surpassed the theoretical implications of change. In a remote setting, Johnson & Johnson presented how they are building an enterprise change capability to stay relevant. We are not allowed to share the details. But it’s safe to say: the content sparked a deep sense of recognition in the audience.
Many CMP members share a similar way of working, set of challenges and general feel around these types of projects. That’s why – despite the busy calendars – there’s always a high turnout for CMP events. Everyone brings an open mindset, shares their learnings, and appreciates each other’s input.
